How long will my Quote take?

Quote takes 1-3 days

 


 

I have received my Quote. What do I do now?

If you want to proceed, you need to sign the Quote and pay your 50% deposit. We will then issue Notice to Fence letters to your neighbours.

 


 

Can I get my neighbours details?

Yes, you can obtain your neighbours details directly from your local Council free of charge.

 


 

Why have I received a Fencing Notice?

You have received a Fencing Notice because your neighbour has accepted our Quote. You must contact us within 30 days to advise your intention with this proposed new fence.

 


 

What if my neighbour does not respond to the Notice to Fence?

Your neighbour has 30 days to respond. After this time, you can proceed with the fencing works at your cost without their agreement and later recover their contribution by bringing an action in the Magistrates Court of Victoria. To avoid the cost and stress of going to court, the Victorian Government has a free dispute resolution service called the Dispute Resolution Centre for Victoria. The centre offers neighbours who are in dispute an opportunity to resolve prior to proceeding through Court. You can contact the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria on 1300 372 888

 


 

My neighbour has not consulted me?

If your neighbour has gone ahead and constructed a fence without consulting you, and without serving you with a Notice to Fence, he or she cannot recover any of the cost of the fence from you.

 


 

I have paid my deposit for my Quote. When will my fence be installed?

Unless you are paying Full Share for your Quote, installation will depend on your neighbours response. Generally, once both parties have signed and paid, it will be booked in within 2 weeks.

 


 

Do you offer any Warranties?

Yes, we offer 12 months warranty on workmanship.

 


 

Are you insured?

Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance for ours and our customer’s peace of mind and all of our employees are covered by Worksafe.

 


 

How can I obtain job references?

You can call or email us and one of our friendly team members will provide you with some job locations where you can view the fence and check our workmanship.

 


 

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard.
